Who we are
AI Debate Council ("the extension") is provided by Hung Phan, Hồ Chí Minh ("we"). Contact: support@debatecouncil.com.
What the extension does
The extension sends questions you type to AI chat services you choose, in your own browser tabs or through official APIs with your own keys, lets their answers critique each other, and shows a synthesis. It has no server of its own and does not provide any AI model.
Your accounts with AI services
You use your own accounts with ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Claude or their APIs, under those services’ terms. Some services restrict automated use of their websites; the in-app guide explains the known restrictions. You decide which services to use and accept the risk to those accounts. We are not responsible for actions a service takes on your account.
Free and Pro plans
The free plan is free of charge with the limits shown on the pricing page. Pro unlocks higher limits and own-API-key mode. A Pro license is for one person and may be activated on a limited number of devices shown at checkout.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, under its buyer terms. Prices are shown at checkout and may include taxes.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy for details.
Acceptable use
Do not use the extension to break the law, to violate others’ rights, to overload or attack any service, or to bypass captchas, sign-in requirements or usage limits. Do not resell or share license keys.
AI answers
Answers come from third-party AI services and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date – a council reduces this risk but does not remove it. Do not rely on them as professional advice (legal, medical, financial or other). Check important information yourself.
Changes and availability
AI websites change without notice and a feature may stop working until a fix is published. We may update the extension and these terms; material changes will be announced in the extension or on this site. You can stop using the extension and uninstall it at any time.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The extension is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
